Policies:

Check out time is 12 noon.

No Smoking (except outdoors)

No Pets (If you miss your pooches, we have one that would love to play with you.)

Family Friendly - We delight in sharing our home with "well-behaved" children of all ages.  We do require that children keep an eye on their parents at all times.  If your children will be staying in your room, please notify me upon reservation.

A one night deposit is required at time of reservation.

Cash and checks accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made 7 days prior to the reservation, the deposit will be refunded in full.  If made within 6-3 days 50% fee of the deposit will be refunded (if the room is resold, the deposit will be refunded in full).  If within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited (if we are able to resell the room, then 75% of the deposit will be refunded.)
